RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE: TRAVEL
DINERS CLUB INTERNATIONAL

I have been employed by Diners Club for the past 10½ years.  During this time, I have held the positions of P.A. to Operations Director, P.A. to Sales Director, Sales Administrator and for the past 5 years, I currently hold the position of Relationship Executive: Travel.  A title I am very proud of, enjoying the daily interaction with the different TMC’s.  The Travel Industry is unique and no one day is the same as the next.  Variety they say…is the spice of life!

I am continuously and delightfully inspired by the charity work that the Travelbags committee and members undertake at each lunch, to raise funds for those less fortunate than ourselves.  The networking opportunities are great and many lasting friendships have blossomed through these monthly functions.

I welcome the opportunity to serve another ‘term in office’ with the awesome Travelbags committee and members.”

Tour Operator – Executive African Tours & Shuttles Cc

Since moving to JNB in 2004 from Durban, I found new friendships that were involved mainly in the Travel Industry. I attended the Travelbag lunches as a guest from 2005. I soon started to attend all the Travelbag Lunches and it inspired me to do a CULTURAL GUIDE Course in 2008 as well as enrolled to be a member with Travelbags the same year. 2008-2009 I was involved in sales and marketing for DSTV filling all there subscriber’s competitions on TV but missed the freedom for travel so 2009 I opened my own business with my fiancé as a TOUR OPERATOR – Executive African Tours & Shuttles CC and have never looked back.

FIFA World Cup in 2010 really was fantastic and put us on the map.

Travelbags has been wonderful platform where we are continuously able to network with our business partners and who in turn form wonderful friendships.
